Stephen is a registered Professional Engineer with 25 years of experience in structural design, detailing, and project management – entirely within the precast concrete industry. As President of Miller-Mize Precast, Stephen leads the strategic direction, operations, and financial oversight of the company. Stephen is responsible for ensuring quality control and technical accuracy in structural engineering, detailing, and project execution across all ongoing projects. He ensures compliance with APA standards and client specifications while building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, contractors, and developers to drive business growth and deliver successful commercial and institutional projects.
